Our team does all of the normal stuff a salesperson does but it is that extra relationship building step that separates us from the rest. We have done deals in 25 minutes versus 3 hours like most dealershiops. Since we have one point of contact we are closely engaged with the customer and where they are in the process so we are able to help them check boxes without the customer sitting around the store for hours to get the deal completed.
